2018 closed with a moving tribute to the time I had spent as an educator and leader at Carmel School. The perfection of the students, parents, staff and mishpacha at this jewel of the Jewish Community was patently obvious. The message that transcended my farewell narratives is that I remain Carmel School’s forever and Carmel School is a significant part of me. It has grown me in the best possible way and offered me the most meaningful, privileged opportunities to participate in the learning journeys of our many students and their parents as partners in education. I thank my Carmel Mishpacha for comprising my perfect world as an educator and for making me the luckiest school leader in the world. For this, I am eternally grateful and say Todah rabah to my precious Carmel family. I wish you all behatzlacha and l’hitraot.
