The Year 10s were privileged to have Nance Adler address them last week.  Nance is an outstanding Holocaust educator from Washington who teaches middle school years and is a Museum Teacher’s Fellow at the US Holocaust Memorial Museum.

Nance spoke about specific partisans, the risks they took by hiding in the forests and the courage needed to survive years on the move keeping one step ahead of the Nazis. She also spoke about the Righteous among the Nations, specifically William Cooper who was the only Australian up-stander to protest against the pogrom of Kristallnacht in 1938.
