On Friday 27 September the Year 6.1 Assembly celebrated Rosh Hashanah. The students gave an entertaining play revealing the bad behaviour of many famous fairytale characters. By the end of the assembly the characters all realised the errors of their ways and were truly repentant for their misdeeds. This play mirrored the students’ personal reflections, in which they revealed to the audience the things they were grateful for and the ways they had tried to improve in the past year. Students finished their presentation with a song, the blowing of the shofar and a L'shanah tovah wish for everyone.
