Policies
Carmel School aims to be a child-safe and friendly school. We believe that strong relationships and a positive school culture are the keys to keeping students safe. We are committed to the promotion of the safety, health and wellbeing of students, and expect all staff, parents and visitors to be in line with this approach.
All teachers at Carmel School have completed child protection training. By educating students about protective behaviours, our goal is to keep all children safe from abuse and neglect. Our child protection policies align with the Department of Education’s Child Protection Policy which requires teachers to report any instances of suspected abuse or neglect.
Downloadable copies of our policies and procedures can be found below. If you wish to provide feedback on any Carmel School policies, please contact us on shalom@carmel.wa.edu.au.
