In Israel it’s common to indulge in a ‘kafeh ve-maafeh’, which is coffee and a baked good. For Hebrew Week, our Tzevet wanted the students to experience this, so on Thursday 2 July they gave out coffee, tea, or hot Milo with a brownie or cookie on the side. The catch was that students had to ask for it in Hebrew! Thanks to our committed and creative Tzevet for a great semester of input into the students of Carmel and for making us all smile!
