Wednesday 2 September was a big day for our Year 9 Entrepreneurship Course students - the pitch! Each group presented to a room full of parents, community members, dignitaries and an expert judging panel. With ideas and products as broad as glow in the dark keys, safety bracelets, an app that collates rewards programs, straws that detect spiked drinks and scented teddy bears to gift to sick children, the presentations were well-researched and expertly delivered. Many groups were granted seed funding of $200 each. We look forward to seeing their prototypes. Thanks to our hardworking mentors.
