By Georgia B, Year 10

This term, the Year 10 Food Technology class was given the challenge of creating a cookie platter consisting of five inventive and unique cookies. The students came up with an array of cookies all in different sizes, shapes and flavours. Each week, the duos had to find a recipe that fit specific criteria, and used their class time to bake their creations. At the end of the five weeks, the students were required to construct a menu that told the story of their cookies. The class thoroughly enjoyed this task and we would like to thank Mrs Leeb for the time and effort she’s put into the past few weeks.
